GATHER - Kirtan & Social with Ivana

Last Friday of the month, 6.30-8pm, £15
Next dates:
Friday 24th April & 22nd May
This gathering is an evening of community, sacred sound vibration, mantra, kirtan chanting, and togetherness.
The word Mantra is derived from two Sanskrit roots; manas ‘mind’ and tra meaning ‘tool’. Mantra can teach the mind to become increasingly absorbed in that which is most essential. The Upanishads tell us that mantras can lead us towards healing, inspiration, transformation & and self-realisation.
"Mantra is a conversation between the self and divinity. All too often, we separate ourselves from the divine, forgetting our truest nature. Chanting the names of God/Goddesses guides us back to a space of remembrance, of faith, devotion and love."
Kirtan - devotional, melodic call and response chanting in Sanskrit.
Calling upon the sacred sound allows your body and mind to absorb its resonance. Come and elevate yourself into a state of joy, unity, and deep connection.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited. Open to everyone, and complete beginners are welcome.
A discounted rate is available for this offering if you are unable to pay the full price.

Embodied Anatomy Workshop Series with Marie

Saturday 9.30-1.30p.m, £55 per workshop// £90 for the series
Next date:
Saturday 11th April & 2nd May
Listening to the body’s inner intelligence: an embodied exploration of living anatomy through movement and somatic inquiry, rooted in sensation, movement, and presence.
A two-part series inviting you to experience anatomy not as information to learn and memorise, but as innate intelligence available and accessible to listen to. An embodied, explorative approach through movement, imagery, touch, and felt-sense perception and presence; experiencing anatomy as a living conversation rather than a fixed map. These workshops are less about ‘learning more’ and more about remembering how to listen.
Workshop 1: Saturday 11th April
The Container — the structures that hold, support, and shape us.
Workshop 2: Saturday 2nd May
The Contents — the living systems that move, nourish, and communicate within that structure.
Each workshop can be taken individually, though together they offer a richer, more integrated experience of the body as both form and living process.
