Happy Om is a well equipped, light and airy yoga studio in central Norwich, available for external hire for yoga workshops, yoga-related training sessions and special events.

The studio space has hard wood parquet flooring, and our placement on the second floor means natural light floods the studio through the large windows during daylight hours.  We have plants, fairy lights and several lamps so you can create just the right atmosphere for your event.

The studio has capacity for up to 20 students.  We pride ourselves on our wonderful supply of props.  As well as the usual mats, flat blocks, brick blocks and straps we also have high quality thick yoga blankets and bolsters for 20 students.  These are an invaluable resource for supporting your students at your event during practice, discussion and especially relaxation.

Amber brings calm to people’s busy lives through movement, breath and relaxation. Her yoga classes are open and welcoming to all. She is a certified Yoga Alliance Professionals teacher, having completed 200 hours of training with Atma Yoga, and 135 hours of Pregnancy, Baby, Postnatal and Kids Yoga with ZenMuma and ZenKids.

Her classes at Happy Om are mainly inspired by her teacher Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati’s style of Bhava Yoga and Hatha Yoga. You will be led through mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, asana and yoga nidra. Moving and easing out tensions and finding stillness as we end with relaxation.

Amber loves to spend time in nature and finds it very grounding. She brings elements of the seasons and the world around us into her sessions. Yoga is about how we live our lives every day.
